Dr. Erhard F. Grossnigg (Chairman)


During his 33-year career at E.F.Grossnigg Finanzberatung und TreuhandgesmbH, Dr. Grossnigg focused on the restructuring of companies in many different sectors. Several investments were made and supervised in medium-sized companies through grosso holding GmbH and the Austro Holding GmbH. Dr. Erhard F. Grossnigg holds various positions as advisor and supervisory board member in Austrian companies.

Mag. Bernhard Chwatal (Deputy Chairman)

Bernhard Chwatal is an experienced consultant whose services are focused on restructuring. He is managing director and owner of Cablerunner International (installation of glass fiber grids) and Global Health (biotech). He is currently presiding over these companies' growth. Bernhard Chwatal lead managed the restructuring of Flora Apotheken Genossenschaft, of the Hoffmann Group, of Anker Brot and of CEE Immobilien Dev AG.

Ed Wu (Member)

After having completed his studies at Ohio State University, Ed Wu worked for many years as an electronic engineer. This included a two-decade stint at Digital Equipment Corporation. In 2001, Ed Wu was commissioned by Foxconn to develop its new “server and storage” division. Wu's efforts led to Foxconn's becoming the world's largest producer in this area. Ed Wu serves as Foxconn's Corporate Executive Vice President, and as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Ennoconn Corporation.


Steve Chu (Member)

Steve Chu holds a degree in electrical engineering. He worked for Foxconn from 2002 – 2011. Subsequent to that, he was appointed CEO of Ennoconn Corporation, which, under his leadership, was listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange. In addition to his work for Ennoconn, Steve Chu is CEO of Goldtek Technology, and Member of the Board at Ennoconn International Investment Co., Ltd. Chu also serves on the boards of EnnoMech Precision Co., Ltd. and of CASwell, Inc.


Hans Tsao (Member)

Hans Tsao earned a degree in financial studies at Taiwan's National Chengchi University. His career has included a stint in the financial department of PCE Technology Inc., which forms part of the Foxconn Group. In 2015, he transferred to the Ennoconn Corporation, and became its CFO shortly thereafter. Hans Tsao also serves as Supervisor of Ennoconn International Investment Co., Ltd.
